91ºÚÁÏ

The Event exists to challenge high school students to pursue a life on mission with God and to encourage and equip those who minister to youth. This event is designed for high school groups to attend with youth sponsors, engaging with God’s Word through worship services, small-group discussion, and elective classes. The goal is to get high school students to consider training for Christian service in the future.

Registration for The Event: Grades 9-12 opens on July 1.

EARLY REGISTRATION - $40 | DEADLINE: 10/8

Early registration ends four weeks before the event. All registrations made on or before the early registration deadline will receive the early registration price. Attendees registered at the early registration tier will receive a free event t-shirt included in their registration.

EXTENDED REGISTRATION - $50 | DEADLINE: 11/5

Extended registration will be available for all registrations made after the early registration deadline. Any groups that registered at the early rate and seek to add attendees after the early deadline will have those attendees added at the extended rate. Extended registration will be available until one day before the event. Attendees registered at the extended registration tier will not receive a t-shirt with their registration, but may purchase shirts at the event while supplies last.

REGISTRATION POLICIES

OCC requires that all students and sponsors be registered as attendees with one primary contact (youth leader/minister) and an accurate number of attendees. The primary registration contact will provide their email, phone number, and church name, along with the estimated number of attendees with their group. OCC does not require individual names and information for each attendee during the registration process.

Deposit

A $10 deposit is required for each attendee. This deposit is required at the time of registration. This deposit is refundable.

Full Payment

All balances must be paid in full upon arriving at registration check-in at the event. Failure to pay in full upon check-in will result in follow-up invoices and contact from the events assistant.

Refund Policy

All refunds will be processed upon the conclusion of the event. Contact the events assistant, Tiphani Lu, at [email protected] or 417.680.5608. for inquiries regarding refunds.

Forms

Once your registration has been received by our team, the registration contact will receive an email with a link to the customized Teen Event Permission Google Form for their church’s registration. Every student attending teen events at 91ºÚÁÏ will need a Teen Event Permission Form completed. Included in this email will be a link to the church’s Google Sheet, where the registration contact can view all digital responses to the Teen Event Permission Form in real time.

Additionally, each church will need to have their on-campus point of contact fill out a Youth Minister/Sponsor Form. A link to this form will be included in the Forms email to be sent to the registration contact.
