Fern Creek Christian Church in Louisville, KY is seeking a Worship Minister to lead a growing, multi-service worship ministry with an average Sunday attendance of 1,050. Our mission is to make disciples who make disciples, and worship is central to that vision.

This role oversees three Sunday morning services (9:00, 10:15, 11:30) and will help launch a fourth Thursday night 7:00 pm service this Fall. The Worship Minister will shepherd a volunteer team of 60+, work alongside a Worship Vision Team of 6, and partner with a part-time Worship Administrator and 3/4-time Production Director.We are looking for a pastor-leader who values both discipleship and excellence, leads worship musically and spiritually, develops teams, and creates Christ-centered worship environments. Ideal candidates have 2–5+ years of ministry experience, preferably within a Christian Church / Restoration Movement context, and strong alignment with biblical authority and core Christian doctrine. Strong vocal and instrumental ability, team leadership experience, and a humble, relational leadership style are essential.Applications will be accepted until August 20th.
