About the Position
Position Description
The Student Ministry’s primary purpose is to introduce students to Christ, encourage their spiritual growth, and equip them to serve Him with their lives. Of equal importance is partnering with parents and guardians as they guide their teenagers toward healthy, Christ‑centered maturity. The youth pastor/minister also provides oversight, support, and leadership for all activities, volunteers, and programming entrusted to the student ministry.
