The Middle School Pastor/Lead will work to shepherd middle school students through their leadership of volunteer teams, students, parents and volunteers. By building and championing a leadership community, they will encourage others to grow in relationship with God. This position plays a key role in helping the church accomplish its mission through fostering and engaging in Godly relationships among students, parents, volunteers, church congregants, staff and internal ministry departments at The Crossing and others. This position is perfect for an outgoing individual, whom God has gifted with a heart for helping the next generation connect with Jesus, exemplary leadership skills, a desire to help others grow and learn, the unique ability to apply biblical values to current culture, an approachable and mature posture and outstanding communication.
