First Christian Church of Titusville, Florida is seeking a full-time Associate Minister to join our growing church family. FCC Titusville is an Independent Christian Church averaging approximately 200 in weekly attendance with a strong focus on biblical teaching, discipleship, family ministry, and community outreach. This position will work closely with the Senior Minister, Elders, staff, and volunteers to lead and strengthen the church’s discipleship strategy, servant culture, guest assimilation, and First Impressions ministries. Responsibilities include developing discipleship pathways, equipping volunteers, overseeing guest follow-up systems, assisting with pastoral care, and periodically preaching throughout the year. We are seeking a spiritually mature, relational, organized, and self-motivated leader who has a passion for helping people grow in Christ and connect into the life of the church. Ministry experience is preferred. A Bible or ministry degree is preferred, and doctrinal alignment with the Independent Christian Churches/Churches of Christ is expected.
